We are a Nanny and Babysitter Referral and Placement Service, not an agency.  Our service is entirely FREE to families looking for a qualified Nanny, Babysitter or caregiver at reasonable rates. 

We only recommend experienced Nannies and Babysitters who have passed an extensive in-person interview that includes checks of personal and business references and a national criminal background check.

PENNY MEEKS

Penny, owner / founder, has resided in the Jacksonville area for over 40 years. She was a "stay at home" mom for her three children, then worked for 17 years in CSX Railroad Management.  Penny also owned and operated a retail and wholesale gift business.  In September 1997, she started Rent-A-Nanny with three Nannies which has grown to over 80 Nannies represented by her service.

DONNA POWELL

Donna, branch owner, is married with two grown children and lives in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville.  For 22 years she worked in a managerial capacity for AT&T and Convergys.  Donna is now giving her full attention to serving the families in the Mandarin, Orange Park, Southside / Baymeadows, RIverside, St. Johns county and Westside areas.
