Job Description: Active and cheerful nanny/caregiver to work in a part-time private home or hotel and care for children or elderly on a full, part time or “as needed” basis.

Qualifications: Energetic, active, cheerful personality with a love of caring for and  interacting with children and/or elderly. Prior childcare experience is required e.g., in home private childcare, day care worker, teacher, teacher’s assistant, nursery school teacher and/or CNA, Home Health Aide, nursing home experience.

Other Requirements:

• Good personal and business references
  
• Do you have positive references from previous childcare or companion care employers? 
• Pass a national criminal background check
  
• Excellent driving record and car insurance
  
• Your own personal, reliable automobile
  
• CPR and 1st Aid training or willingness to take the class.
  
• Are you at least 18 years of age?

Responsibilities:

Care and safety of children or elderly

Transportation to activities and appointments

Light housekeeping and meal preparation in conjunction with children's or elderly's needs

Miscellaneous:
Nanny/Caregiver  is considered self-employed and is paid directly by the referred family  on a daily or weekly basis. There is a minimum of four hours' pay per visit.
