I have had the pleasure of working with Rent-A-Nanny for 6 years. I am blessed to have now this precious little boy and beautiful family, whom I have been with a little over 2 years. Most of all they found us our present nanny who is devoted to the children, as well as a great educator. It is without hesitation that we highly recommend this service.

When John and I moved to Ponte Vedra Beach with 2 children, a newborn and a 3-year-old we had no idea where we would find a new babysitter. After getting referred to you by a neighbor and trying you once, we were amazed that  every person you sent us was as good as our previous full-time sitter  back home that was with us for a year. Wow  Donna! You said I would be pleased with Sandra, and you were right! She stepped in on a moment's notice to bathe, dress, feed and change linens for my 90 year old mother-in-law with dementia. After meeting her, I had no reservations about leaving town and trusting her to follow our  instructions. My grown children met her and said she was "wonderful, sweet, very caring". But the best compliment came from my 8-year-old grandson who said "that nanny was an angel from heaven!". Thank you so  much! We will definitely be using your services again.

We have used Rent-A-Nanny over 7 years with very good success. I can always  count on Donna to provide us with a mature adult who has a clean record  (Rent-A-Nanny does criminal, drug, and driving background checks). In fact, I've contacted her service many times at the last minute, and they have come through with a terrific sitter who my child really enjoys. We currently trust one of Rent-A-Nanny's babysitters so much, she looks after our child when we are out of town. 

I have always found Donna to be completely open to feedback, whether it  is positive or negative. Before we found Rent-A-Nanny we tried locating babysitters through local colleges and churches and by word of mouth. None of them were as consistently dependable as Rent-A-Nanny 's service plus we  didn't have the comfort of knowing that a background check has been  done. An important lesson we've learned over the years is that all  babysitters respond best to a specific schedule and a clear set of  instructions. I challenge anyone to find a better, more reasonably priced, and more responsive babysitting service in the Jacksonville area than Rent-A-Nanny.

We would highly recommend Donna and the Rent-a-Nanny agency. Donna has consistently provided assistance and support in a professional, courteous manner. Donna is always there to help and has helped us out in several tight situations where we needed nanny care quickly. We are impressed with her nannies, as they are always professional and knowledgeable. Having used two other nanny agencies in Jacksonville, we have definitely been the happiest with Donna and Rent-a-Nanny. What a great find!

I  just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how grateful we were for  your services when we were visiting Ponte Vedra on business last week. The nanny you sent us, Theresa Wright, was absolutely fabulous. She made us and the kids feel very comfortable from the very first moment we met. She had great ideas for entertaining the kids, and even volunteered  to pick up dinner for them on her way over the second night. 

I  will definitely keep your name and number handy should we return to the  area and have childcare needs again. We have good friends who live on Amelia Island and have often wished we could get a reliable babysitter for an evening so that the adults could go out to dinner. I see that you have a colleague who covers that area, so I will almost certainly be  giving a call at some point.
